Getting rid of man boobs

My mother jokes that my first word was "pizza", but it was no joke when my love of junk food persisted through high school. When a weight related knee injury prevented me from playing football. I skipped exercising altogether. I topped 345 pounds by graduation. Within a month, my man boobs were so big that I can't stand straight and walk.
The changeMy low point came at a holiday party, when I overheard a group of people a group of people laughing at my man boobs, saying they didn't believe I could lose the weight. I decided then to drop my food-habit in favor of vegetable-packed salads and lean protein, and I began exercising.
My tipsDon't let yourself slack off. Even if you don't feel like working out. Tell yourself you'll do at least 10 minutes. When those minutes are up, your endorphins will be pumping and it'll will be easier to continue. Mix up meals can torpedo your diet. My stick to healthy fare but keeps my taste buds engaged by exploring a range of international cuisines. Eliminate distractions, working out with a pal is a great way to stay motivated, but make sure the focus is on the workout, not on chatting about last weekend. Don't rest for more than a minute between sets. Friendly competition helps push you to work harder. I will share with you some of my work-out to get rid of your man boobs.
Prisoner SquatStand with your hands behind your head, your chest out, and your elbows back. Sit back at your hips and bend your knees to lower your body as far as possible without losing the natural arch of your spine. Squeeze your gluts and push yourself back up to the starting position. Do 5 reps
Push upAssume the classic pushup position: legs straight, hands beneath your shoulders. Now brace your abs. Keeping your body rigid, lower yourself until your chest touches the floor. Then push back up until your arms are extended. Do 2 reps.
JumpsDip down at the hips and knees and then explode. Do 10 reps. (If it's too tired for you, reduce it to 5)
Forward LungeFrom a standing positions, take a large step forward with one leg. When your front thigh is parallel to the floor and your knee is off the floor, and your back knee is off the floor, hold for 1 second. Then return to the starting position and repeat with your other leg. Do 10 reps per leg.
